PROCUREMENT, WITH CONTEXT
From request to delivery, every step should have an owner
Primegate's process is designed to reduce the gaps that cause procurement problems: unclear specifications, unsupported supplier claims, incomplete quotations, unrealistic delivery assumptions and missing handover records. The exact path changes by project, but these six stages provide the working structure.
PRIMEGATE
Specification. Evidence. Delivery.

01 / THE PROCESS
Step 1 - Request Quotation
What you send
A BOQ, specification, tender document, product list, drawing, catalogue reference or written requirement together with quantities, destination and required timeline.
What Primegate does
We review the information, identify missing details and confirm what needs clarification before meaningful sourcing begins.
Output
A defined sourcing brief or clarification list.
02 / THE PROCESS
Step 2 - Product Sourcing
What Primegate does
We identify suitable local, regional or international supply options and request the technical and commercial information needed for comparison.
Output
Potential supply options matched to the requirement.
03 / THE PROCESS
Step 3 - Supplier Verification
What Primegate does
Verification depth depends on the product, value and risk. It can include business-registration checks, capability review, product evidence, references, manufacturer documentation, samples, photos, certificates, commercial checks or other evidence relevant to the requirement.
Output
A clearer basis for supplier and product selection.
04 / THE PROCESS
Step 4 - Procurement Approval
What you receive
A quotation or commercial proposal setting out the offered products, pricing basis, lead time, delivery assumptions and other agreed information. Supporting documents are included where relevant and available.
Your role
Review the offer, raise clarifications and approve the commercial route before purchase.
05 / THE PROCESS
Step 5 - Delivery Coordination
What Primegate does
We coordinate the approved order, supplier progress, freight or local transport, documentation, receiving arrangements and handover against the agreed plan.
Output
Delivery progress visibility and final receiving documentation appropriate to the engagement.

Step 6 - After-Sales Support
What Primegate does
Where warranty, replacement, documentation, installation follow-up or manufacturer support forms part of the supply, Primegate coordinates the next action with the relevant party.
Output
A clear route for post-delivery issues rather than an unanswered handover.
