Can you give me a fixed landed-cost figure before I approve the purchase?
We provide the most accurate estimate available from current supplier, freight and duty information. Because customs and duty determinations are made by the relevant authority at the time of import, the estimate is confirmed, not guaranteed, until the transaction is finalised.
Do you handle customs clearance directly?
We coordinate the documentation and process alongside the relevant clearing and customs functions for the shipment; the applicable authority's own process and requirements govern the clearance itself.
