What happens to your documents after you send them
Buyers frequently share BOQs, tender documents, pricing information and internal specifications before any commercial relationship is confirmed. This page sets out, in plain terms, how that information is used and protected once it reaches us.

How we handle your documents
- Uploaded documents are stored outside the publicly accessible website directory.
- Access through the website is restricted to authorised site administrators.
- Submissions are recorded in a private inbox with a unique reference.
- This local build does not automatically forward files to suppliers or external services.
- If an NDA is needed, contact Primegate before uploading sensitive material.

What we ask suppliers to respect
Suppliers providing quotations through Primegate are expected to treat buyer specifications and pricing information as confidential to that specific opportunity — not to be reused, shared or referenced in unrelated commercial conversations.

Requesting an NDA
If your organisation's policy requires a non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive technical, commercial or programme information, tell us before sending the document rather than after. We can confirm the appropriate process for the specific engagement before any exchange takes place.

Retention and access
Documents remain in the private administrator inbox until an authorised administrator removes them. No automatic deletion schedule is configured in this local build. Ask about retention, access or a specific confidentiality requirement before sending sensitive documents.
